About the Author
Since the mid-1990’s Kartar Diamond established a professional reputation as a classically trained Feng Shui expert, with thousands of clients world-wide. Author of Feng Shui for Skeptics, The Feng Shui Matrix, and The Feng Shui Continuum, Kartar has also taught workshops to thousands of students. Chinese metaphysics, martial arts and the East-Indian yogic traditions have continuously fueled Kartar’s interest in the other-worldly and spiritual realms.
Up until 2020, Kartar only published Feng Shui-related books, e-books, articles and course materials for her on-line private mentoring school. With Noah’s Schizophrenia: A Mother’s Search for Truth, Kartar is now also known as a mental health advocate for the people (and their families), who are the most marginalized and stigmatized because of their schizophrenia.
Kartar joined her local NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Family Support Chapter. While she received much needed personal support, friendship and consolation, Kartar in turn found gratification in being a resource for other parents, who make countless emotionally charged decisions to help their sick loved one. Writing a memoir became a natural extension of her advocacy and passion to help turn the tide of ignorance, fear and apathy surrounding schizophrenia. No parent who has been dealt this hand wants to feel their family’s life challenges have been in vain.
Having dedicated her life to esoteric disciplines and a deep longing to understand the cosmic laws of nature, Kartar has always embraced and respected the latent genius within the schizophrenic mind. Kartar hopes she can contribute her part in a world-wide coalition to free people with schizophrenia of their suffering and allow them to live their creative potential.
